Tim Walker Restorations

We carried out a ground up restoration on this beautiful Austin 12/6.  When it arrived it looked reasonable on the outside, but as it was stripped it was clear that all the panels had been gas welded, were warped and in a dreadful condition.  A lot of time was spent restoring these or replacing those that were beyond repair. 

A full mechanical restoration, including rebuilding the engine, gearbox, rear axle, brakes and steering brought her back to her original condition.  One new addition was her gorgeous leather interior, which now makes a perfect backdrop for her weekend wedding work.

We are now doing a similar restoration on her sister car, an Austin 12/4 with a drop-head.
